Cape Town - Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly looking to bring Welshman Gareth Bale back to the London club on a season-long loan from Real Madrid.
Bale's future at Real Madrid is in severe doubt as relations with coach Zinedine Zidane are far from ideal, and Tottenham could offer him a route out of the Bernabeu.
Zidane left Bale out of his squad for the penultimate game of the season amid talk of a summer move away from the La Liga club for the Wales international.
On Bale, he said: "We'll see if he's going to be (playing) next week. He's fine physically.
"We will see the next game and next year. It's clear what I've done for this week."
Tottenham are said to be considering a season-long loan deal but reports claim they will have to pay a Pound 10 million fee, plus be prepared to pay Bale Pound 250,000 a week.
There is no shortage of interest in Bale either, with Bayern Munich and Manchester United also said to be keen.
