VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / May 10, 2022 / Naturally Splendid Enterprises Ltd. ('Naturally Splendid' or 'NSE' or the 'Company' ) (FRANKFURT:50N)(TSX-V:NSP)(OTC PINK:NSPDF) announces it will be applying for approval from the TSX Venture Exchange (the 'Exchange') to extend the expiry date of 26,321,516 common share purchase warrants issued to subscribers (the 'Subscriber Warrants') under the Company's private placement that closed on June 4, 2020. The Company intends to extend the expiry date of the Subscriber Warrants from June 4, 2022 to June 4, 2023.
The exercise price of $0.055 and all other terms of the Subscriber Warrants will remain unchanged for the extended exercise period. The extension is subject to approval from the Exchange.
